Niacin (vitamin B)

Niacin has photoprotective effects, stimulates cell renewal, reduces UV-induced suppression of skin immune responses, regulates inflammatory cytokine production and restores cellular energy levels after UV exposure.
It also reduces wrinkles and dark spots caused by the sun.
Furthermore, pharmacological doses of nicotinamide have been shown to reduce the incidence of actinic keratosis and non-melanoma skin cancer in high-risk individuals.
