In accordance with Spanish regulations governing the use of cookies in relation to the provision of electronic communications services, set out in Royal Decree Law 13/2012, which came into force on April 1, 2012, companies and organizations that maintain websites in Spain must inform users about the cookies used on their websites and the reason for their use, and need to obtain users' consent to use and install certain cookies on users' devices.

This website requires several cookies to function properly and they may have already been installed. Other cookies, usually analytical cookies, require your consent before we can install them on your device. By giving your consent, you agree that we may store these cookies on your device for one year.

We use the following types of cookies on this site:

Analysis or analytical cookies. When you give your consent, a third party web server will install a cookie on your device for statistical purposes to measure website activity. Although through the use of this cookie a profile of a user's browsing habits can be created, the only personal information that the cookie itself may contain is the IP address. We use these profiles to establish common browsing patterns of our users, such as which links they have used or which documents they have accessed, which helps us to maintain and improve the service we offer.

Session Cookies. When you browse our website, we sometimes need to remember technical information about you as you move from page to page. We use this technical information in a variety of ways to enhance your browsing experience. This cookie does not contain any personally identifiable information and only lasts until you end your session and leave our site.

Third-party cookies on our sites. Asacpharma does not allow any third party to install cookies on your computer through this web site unless these cookies are installed at the request of Asacpharma and are under our direct control, and are not used or accessed by such third parties, except as set forth in this Policy (see Analytical Cookies).

Web server logs

Like the vast majority of Internet sites, we collect your server log information automatically when you visit one of our websites, through our "web server". The Web server automatically recognizes certain non-personal information, such as your IP address (except as noted below), the date and time you visited our site, the pages you viewed on our site, the Web site from which you linked, the type of browser you are using (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.), the type of operating system you are using (e.g., Windows XP, MAC OS X, etc.), and the domain name and address of your Internet service provider (e.g., Telefónica). If our site uses cookies the web server will also collect this information. We often review the server's logs to see which pages of the website are being visited in order to gain a better understanding of how the site is being used by our visitors. This is commonly known as web statistics and allows us to maintain and improve our service. In addition, in cases of fraudulent or illegal use of the system, we may use this information in conjunction with your Internet provider and/or local authorities to track the origin of such use.

IP addresses. This website uses Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer by your Internet provider to access the Internet. Generally, an IP address changes each time you connect to the Internet (it is a "dynamic" address). However, if you have a broadband connection, depending on your individual circumstances, your IP address that we collect, or perhaps even a cookie that we use, may contain information that could be considered identifying. This is because with some broadband connections your IP address does not change (it is "static") and may be associated with your personal computer. IP addresses are used as part of the web server's log information as stated above.

Changes applied to this Website's Cookie Policy. We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When this happens and for your information, we will make the updated Policy available on this page.
