AQUA DEFENSE INGREDIENTS

This bioactive ingredient of marine origin is also classed as a neurocosmetic active ingredient. It’s especially suitable for treating hypersensitivity caused by neurosensory reactions, initiated and transmitted by various chemical messengers, including neuropeptides. It therefore acts by improving the feeling of discomfort in sensitive and/or dry skin, as well as irritation, redness and itching caused by excessive loss of water and lipids. It also has a soothing action, reduces erythema and controls skin neurosensors.

Allantoin is a renowned ingredient in the cosmetics industry for its healing, keratolytic and epithelising action. It helps remove dead cells and contributes to the skin regeneration process, while also stimulating keratin, collagen and elastin formation. HOW TO USE THIS SOOTHING FACIAL TONER FOR SENSITIVE SKIN

As you know, facial toner is usually applied to hydrate and balance after cleansing the skin. Some people also use it to refresh or revitalise their face throughout the day. But how do you use Aqua Defense?

Remember, cleansing is the key step in any facial care routine. It’s even more important if you have sensitive skin. Therefore, before using Aqua Defense, make sure your face is clean and dry. That way, the effects of the toner will be even more noticeable.

CLASSIC USE
After washing and drying your face, hold the toner about 20cm away and spray as many times as your skin needs.

SALON USE
You can also turn your face upwards and hold the toner towards the ceiling. Spray upwards and allow the droplets to fall over your face, which will allow the toner to spread more evenly over your skin.

USE WITH COTTON WOOL
You can also wet a cotton wool pad with Aqua Defense and gently dab it over your face.

Bear in mind that, if you gently tap your face after applying toner, you will stimulate the microcirculation and improve active ingredient absorption.
