Step 1

Begin the massage, using the three middle ngers of both hands in alternate movements, starting in the middle of the forehead, ending on both temples.

Step 2

With the index and middle finger of the right hand and the middle finger of the left hand, intertwined, apply a rubbing action from temple to temple, going across the centre of the forehead.

Step 3

With the index and middle fingers of the left hand and the middle finger of the right hand, alternate frictional rubbing on the porcerus muscle.

Step 4

With the middle fingers of both hands, apply an upwards sliding movement on the whole eyebrow, starting from the end.

Step 5

With the middle fingers and thumbs of both hands, starting at the beginning of the eye brow, upwards sliding movements with gentle pinching.

Step 6

Movements in the eye sockets with the middle fingers of both hands.

Step 7

Rotation on both temples.
