Vitamin E

Vitamin E helps care for the entire body, including the skin. This vitamin is a liposoluble nutrient that stimulates the immune system and helps to protect cells from free radicals. Luckily, it can be found in many foods, such as sunflower oil, chestnuts, avocados and almonds.
In cosmetics, it’s used as an antioxidant and biological protector against lipid peroxidation of cell membranes. It also increases skin microcirculation to improve elasticity, offers protection against UV and IR rays, corrects acne marks and enhances the antioxidant effect of vitamin C.
