Before applying this toner, ensure your face is clean and free of make-up and dirt. You can use Integral Cleansing Mousse to do this. Wash your face with warm water and dry with a clean, soft towel.

Keep the bottle in a vertical position and press the dispenser to release a small amount of mousse into the palm of your hand. Gently apply the mousse to your face, avoiding the eye area. You can use your fingertips or a small cotton sponge to apply.

After the toner has been absorbed fully, you can continue with your usual face care routine, which may involve applying serums, moisturising creams and sunscreen, depending on your personal needs and preferences.
